Your items can be sent using a Pick Up Point or delivered straight to your door, the choice is yours at the checkout

Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock items within one working day, however, we will keep you up to date with your order progress by email and SMS. When your order leaves us we will send you a note and where possible the tracking details. Sometimes the tracking is not available until the parcel has been collected for the departure depot.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
We try to hold items we sell in stock, occasionally this may not have been possible, in which case, we will tell you as soon as possible after the receipt of your order. We will then inform you when we expect to be able to dispatch your order and you have the option to cancel your order ( we really don't want to lose customers, so our aim is to get items to you as fast as possible)
On a multiply item order, if some items are in stock, we will give you the option to hold the order or send the items that we have.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
yes, of course, we know that people change their mind, we are all human. You can cancel your order at any time until dispatch, free of charge and we will issue a refund, if your card has been charged within 48 working hours. If your order has already been dispatched you will have to pay for the return courier costs.
Please note that we can not issue a refund on any cancelled orders until all items are returned in their original and undamaged condition. Please see our general terms and conditions for more information
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you decide within 14 days of receiving your order that you do not wish to keep it, you can return it to us for a refund. However, the item must be used, undamaged, in the original packaging and returned to us at your own costs.
You should be aware that you are responsible for the transit of the item back to us, if we do not receive it or it is damaged in transit we will not be able to offer a full refund. For this reason, we strongly suggest using a registered shipping service with appropriate insurance.
